Orders & Delivery

UK orders of £25.00 and over will be eligible for FREE delivery.

All our products come with a standard/2nd class delivery charge of £1.20. All items are shipped securely in boarded packaging to prevent damage. You can upgrade your delivery to 1st class or Royal Mail's Tracked 24 Service. Both of these options will be available during checkout. You will be eligible for free UK delivery for orders to the value of £25.00 and over.

If you have opted for the Track 24 service we will email you the tracking number. Royal Mail state that 93% of 1st Class and Tracked 24 post arrives the next working day after dispatch, but can take up to 3 working days. Whilst Royal Mail aims to deliver the next working day, this is not guaranteed. All orders are posted Monday to Friday.

You will always receive a confirmation email when you have placed your order. We will send you another email to confirm your order has been processed and dispatched. We reserve the right to reject orders for a number of reasons. These may include delivery to destinations which are considered high risk, or when a payment has been withheld. We try to dispatch orders on the following day if received before 1pm. 1st Class and Track 24 orders will be given priority in our order processing system. Please allow 3-5 working days for 2nd Class delivery or 1-2 working days for 1st Class/Track 24 deliveries, as per Royal Mail guidelines.

For overseas orders, there is a charge of £3.99 for delivery to Europe, and £5.00 for the rest of the world. These will increase depending on the size and quantity of your order. All overseas orders will be shipped using Royal Mail's International Standard Service. Please note that International orders may incur import charges, and this will depend on the receiving country. Razammataz will not be liable for any of these costs. Payment for import duties and taxes will be your responsibility. An estimate of import charges for your country can be calculated at https://www.simplyduty.com/.

Orders for handwritten cards using our Card Writing Service will be posted to the address entered as the DELIVERY ADDRESS during checkout. You can click here for more information on our Card Writing Service. Overseas handwritten cards will be posted via Royal Mail International Standard Service. Delivery times will vary depending on the destination. Royal Mail aim to deliver to Europe within 5 working days, and worldwide within 7 working days.
